Keeping Clients Happy

Raf excels at opening lines of communication between pets and their people. Our puppy had spent several months at the pound before we adopted her, and we had to quickly learn how to meet her challenging behaviors with patience and gentleness. With just a few weeks of at-home sessions, we were all better able to understand each other, and she is much more relaxed and companionable dog thanks to his guidance.

I cannot say enough good things about working with  Rafi! I live in Georgia and he lives in Florida, but he is still who I call on when I need help with my dogs. He has an intuition and an ability to relate to dogs like very few people I have ever seen. Anyone can learn to be an obedience trainer, but Rafi understands dogs and understands human relationships with dogs. When it came time to integrate a new dog with our existing two dogs, Rafi came for a weekend and guided me through the process. Two of our dogs had very challenging backgrounds, and we knew this process would not be easy. In fact, people at the shelter did not think it could be done. Not only did Rafi help me create a harmonious pack, the three are very best friends now. ​
